Ramon had a customer issue:

*********************

Just a query on what’s the recommended way to do acceptance testing on c-Class enclosure specific to VC modules. We have a customer testing the VC modules’ redundancy by pulling out the module itself and see if things would still work. Somehow they are running into issues.

Personally, I don’t recommend this way but would like to solicit others feedback on what’s the usual practice out there.

************

Input from Ken:

*************

You can power off VC module from OA for redundancy test. Before you do that, please check your server profiles that have redundant setting.

***********

Other help for Ramon?
