After a rigorous reading of the VC Command Line User Guide, I understood that it’s impossible to set a profile’s port on some VNET by the CLI, as we can do with “Multiple Network” in the GUI:

add enet-connection eqds0pesxa001

add server-port-map eqds0pesxa001:1 7-bay1 Uplinkset=VLANS_PROD_bay1

add server-port-map eqds0pesxa001:1 10-bay1 Uplinkset=VLANS_PROD_bay1
