Virtual Connect support information files corrupted ?

Customer is running Virtual Connect version 2.30/1/40

Tried to check Virtual Connect support on several enclosures

All are corrupted and undreadable

Is it a known issue in 2.30 (mixed environement Intel/Integrity in both enclosures)?

Any advice welcomed

The VC support dump information is encrypted and can only be read by certain HP support staff.
