VCEM upgrade issues

Joe had upgrade issues with VCEM:

Upgraded from 6.1b to 6.2 and got “mxsync\installmxsync.exe is not a valid win32app”

Any ideas?

Hi Joe,

We’ve seen this error with mxsync before when the DVD iso file is bad. If you have the DVD in a file format, you can do a checksum on the file and compare it with the expected value. Do you think this could be the issue?

I downloaded the DVD again and was able to do a successful install.
