As far as I understand the 1/10VC does not have enough memory to cope with knowing about the Flex-10. So you can add a 1/10VC to Flex-10 but not the other way around. You need to move the blades to the Flex-10 enclosure then reset the config on the 1/10 VC and import that into the Flex-10 config. For Enclosure Stacking to work you need to have VC 1/10-F or Flex10 in the so called base enclosure (which is the one already running a VC Domain).
