&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Please reset the MCTP in ILO&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;The procedure to Reset the MCTP are:&lt;BR /&gt;From the iLO management interface, initiate an MCTP factory reset:&lt;BR /&gt;a. Click System Information in the navigation tree, and then click the Device Inventory tab.&lt;BR /&gt;b. Click Discovery.&lt;BR /&gt;c. Click MCTP Factory Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;d. Click Yes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;-&amp;gt;update the ILO firmware to the latest version&lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;gt;reset ILO&lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;gt;Install the HPE Agentless management Service in the Operating system and start the AMS service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
