      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have BL460c gen8 &amp;nbsp;that randomly shutdown with error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System Power Fault Detected (XR: 10 00 MID: FF CD FC D7 03 13 13 B8 01 00 00 EE 08 20 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reset server in CLI, blade was get back properly and works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where i can find explanation of the Fault code?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my case reason was&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;POST Error: 224 - Power Fault Detected - FlexibleLOM 1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Action: Unplug the server (or remove the server if a blade or SL-server) and re-seat the indicated FlexibleLOM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
