    <description>This happens to us when we only use our usernames. If we login with DOMAIN\Username then the account is authenticated correctly.</description>

      <description>OA firmware 1.30&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've configured LDAP correctly, I believe.  Followed an HP Word document I found in another thread.  Installed certificate, added group in AD, added group in OA, checked that SSL is running on the DC, gave the LDAP group Administrator level access...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can log into the OA web interface with the AD user account, but I do not have any permissions to view or change enclosure settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the enclosure overview in the GUI, all installed components have locks.</description>

      <description>Yes, that works.  Thanks Justin.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AD authentication also works when using the UPN format (ie user logon name and the UPN suffix joined by the @ sign).</description>
