      <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which OA Firmware are you using? the OA firmware requiers a certain level on the ILO2 to work with each other upgrade the ILO2 card to latest firmware on the server and it will be fine..</description>

      <description>If the ilOs are &amp;gt; 1.30:&lt;BR /&gt;Try Resetting the OA, Click on Active OA, Virtual buttons and Do a reset it should work fine.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
