C7000 Video Problem

all of a sudden I have one blade in my c7000 that video quit when we go into ILO all we get is a black screen any ideas

What blade is it? What is the ROM version and ILo version. You can get these details from OA.

Check Emergency Management Services (EMS) is set to Disabled in RBSU.
