    <description>Hello all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a problem with Qlogic 2312,it keep losing the contact with the SAN and both port,but in the messanine ,all other do not lose contact.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have change twice qlogic ,we have done firmware and software upgrade of every item to the most recent version and still have the problem.</description>

      <description>I think the problem could come from the mezaninne!because all the other blade server dont have that problem.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you already eplaced twice the mezzanine card, the problem could be an SFP on the patch panel in the enclosure if you have  a patch panel! You can't use qlogic failover if you're using windows; you're using either securepath or mpio for EVA.&lt;BR /&gt;Pasquino</description>

      <description>Don't worry there still no solution to this problem,even HP Tech passe on this isue and we got some answer,but no solution yet&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nedded to install KB923801 and KB923424.&lt;BR /&gt;Still same problem!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know will tell make you server that have the problem exact has the one who doesn't have the problem(IMPOSSIBLE TO MUCH CONFIG from one site to another)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any one?</description>
