    <description>when i run the linux installation cd on the blade server it comes up with an error saying&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"An error has occured - no calid devices were found on which to create new file systems.  Please check your hardware for the cause of this problem.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i spoke to HP they said that i had t run the linux cd before i ran the HP smartstart</description>

      <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;Assuming that you have hard drives installed in the BL460c, perhaps you have not configured the Smart Array controller.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Connect to the BL460c KVM or iLO console, and reboot the server.  During POST, you will see a prompt to press F8 to configure the Smart Array.  That will run the RAID configuration utility, and you can create a RAID volume and save your changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then try installing Linux again.</description>
