If you have a P400 controller, they just released a firmware upgrade to resolve an issue.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1157687&prodNameId=1157689&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-6eddc298f79446ada1092840a1

Also, check your event log for any hpqilo2 events.

Downgrade your ILO2 Managemen Controller driver back to 1.80. This solved my ASR reboots.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=3808910&prodNameId=3808911&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=13&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-93850678b0aa4460a0527451a6&mode=3
