Hi all,

I am getting the followin in all my enclosure OA error logs.

Aug 28 03:41:34 OA: Authentication failure for user *****\******* from 10.10.*.***, requesting web service

The IP address is of the HP SIM server and the user account is the HPSIM network system accont.

I can log on to all the OA's and iLO's OK but would like to clear this message too if possible.

This is repeated every 30 seconds or so. What have I missed in setting all this up?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Regards,

Rob

I think you could have "system credentials" setup on your SIM server to use this account not the OA local account you want to use.
In SIM select the blade enclosure and then look for the link to "System credentials" change this from your networkdomain account to a local administrator account on the OA.

And/or

The OA is not setup to trust the SIM server by IP or name. See the OA settings.
