    <description>I had the same problem on 2 bl685c's. I fixed it by going into the individual ilo's for the blades, selecting diagnostics and reset the the ilo.</description>

      <description>am having a problem at the time of accessing the blade from RDP SERVER, SHOWING  me the following error "Getting sensor information for the submitted sensor failed"showing the blade UNKNOWN. WILL YOU PLEASE REPLY THE SOLUTION ON THIS CASE</description>

      <description>Some times the blades ilo doesn't reply the Temperature sensor information back.&lt;BR /&gt;At that time you will see the "Getting sensor information for the submitted sensor failed"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure the ilo is active. If the Ilo is active Try to go to the Temperature information page if the if there is data in the page then you should be able to access the server from RDP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise reset the iLo it will fix the problem.</description>
