      <description>If I have a BL40P blade, is it hotpluggable into the chassis? I assume it is because what would be the point of blade system if you have to power the entire chassis down to plug in another server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My boss wants some sort of verification however. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.</description>

      <description>That's the idea of blade server and blade server chassis. Pretty much everything is hot-pluggable here, maybe with the except of the backplane :)</description>
