Blade 460c G6 unable to install windows 2003 32 bit

Dear All

We are facing a problem while installing windows 2003 32 bit, its not installing the PSP, and all the drivers shows yellow in the device manager, we tried to install it manuelly doesn't go, and we tried both smart staret 8.3 ND 8.2 , PLEASE advice

Are you sure you are using the correct version of smartstart, I mean the number of bits.
8.30 is only for 64 bits windows so that should react in about the way you are describing.
I know because I have "tried" this. :)

from this page select latest firmware cdrom

then latest software cd rom (for drivers to be used inside windows...

We have this symptom before,
but only NIC device all yellow.

you can "try remove all MEZZ card" and power on again.
