    <description>Because its the same firmware as the firmware in rackmount servers, where this setting is important.&lt;BR /&gt;Just ignore it.&lt;BR /&gt;As I understand it there is effectivly a network hub in the backplane. The OAs, interconnects and iLOs all connect to this "hub".&lt;BR /&gt;So any setting you make is between the iLO and the hub. As its set to run at the best speed - no need to change it.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please explain why each blade in my c7000 enclosure has an ILO network speed/duplex setting? Given that only the OA on the c7000 has a physical connection and individual blades don't have physical connections?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Dan</description>
