topic C7000 remote syslog stops working after failover in BladeSystem - General

I've just setup a remote syslog server using RHEL5 and Rsyslog and now I want to enable to remote syslog feature on the c7000. After enabling it on the active node, it works fine. Then I switch over to the standby node, apply remote syslog settings there and it also works. But when I switch back to the original one it won't work, I don't get any messages. Even the test message from the web interface doesn't work, only after pressing Apply it starts working again.

C7000, tried with 2.52 and flashed both to 2.60 to see if that would resolve the problem.

Any idea?
