topic VCM System Log in BladeSystem - General

I am have an issue with all of my VCM system logs in that they contain "holes". For example, (See Attachment) on one of my enclosures, the log contains info upto 27-OCT-2008, and then it jumps to today.

Are there commands which allow me to manage the VC System Log. I would like to clear it and start clean.

Second Question: How can I change the time format to dd-mmm-yyyy?

Thanks

Dave

I just realized that the same thing is happening with my OA System Logs, however in this case, I realized what was happening.

It seems that each OA maintains its own System Log, which is only updated when IT is the Active OA. So the gaps in the record equate to those periods when the other OA was the Active OA.

The Standby OA System Log can be accessed under the "Standby OA" tab on the left.

I am guessing that something similar could be happening in VCM, however, if this is true, I don't see anyway of accessing the "other" VCM System Log.

Dave.
