I can't have IP & could not Connect to external switch in HP WS460c G6 by Using Pass-Thru Module in c3000...

Please Advice...

Are you using the correct port on the passthrough module? The port on the passthrough module needs to match the slot of the blade.

Does the external switch support gigabit speeds? The Pass-Thru Module is gigabit *only*: it is not 1000/100/10 like most ordinary NICs.

check also workstation side, use autoneg. for network speed.

I use Port 1 for Balde in Bay 1.
Can u tell me how to use Autoneg???
I dont have experience in WorkStation:-(

Hi,

autoneg means a setting for the network card to autonegotiate inside the operating system on the workstation blade.

Do you have an on board administrator for this enclosure? Maybe there's some settings that needs to be set..

Do you get link? Are any other blades working?
