HP Server Dignostic Tools

Hi GURU...

I am looking for a dignostic tools for HP server that can let me know what is the actual cause of the problem and when it occured.

I have gone through on Internet but dint find good tools, so please can anyone help me out.

I have used HP smart CD dignostic software but its not so benefit

Hello,

HP will NOT validate any other 3rd Party Diagnostics apart from HP's Own !
Apart from HP Diags... u can Install SIM which will report errors. These 2 combined will give enough results.
& for Complex issues, there is always our Support team ! !

Hi James..

We are already using HP OpenView for monitoring, but we are looking for a tool that can dignostic when open view alert.. i have seen HP SIM but it wount offer much tools for dignostic .

We have latest HP DL380G4 and DL385G5 series.. so can you please suggest me what is thet good tools which i can use for these servers..

and also wht is the price for SIM ,, i mean licences overview .. please
