      <description>What would cause this error message within a BL460c's IML:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CPU(s) operating at reduced performance level due to a low power cap.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The enclosure only has 5 BL460c's in it.</description>

      <description>Hi Huyle,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the power capping is value is set to a low value then the minimum, you will see it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can disable power capping or set it to a value which is greater then the current in the iLO2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please refer to attached screen shot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Raghuarch</description>

      <description>That BL460c doesn't have the Advanced iLo2 license pack installed, thus the Power Capping Feature is not available.  What do we do in this situation?</description>
