    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the following error when i try to run the IMC (standard). Please advise what is the course of action so that i can run this program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the trail version from the HP website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Msg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failed to load components during iMC start up:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Component name:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;iMC Platform - Report Manager&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Reason:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Execute db script "1_iMC-REPORT_install_script.bat" of report view error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remedy:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please contact system administrator.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm not sure but it might be related to your user rights, try to run the install.bat as admin and see</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have no-one figured that out? Have same problem. Plus imcvlandm.exe and imcvnmdm.exe wont't start too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unknown error occured and I don't have anything where to start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I'm to going to buy that expensive program then I wan't it can help me more with my problems!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_labelFont_view"&gt;Description&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_normalFont"&gt;iMC proccess "imcvnmdm.exe" in NMS server(127.0.0.1) Core down.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_labelFont_view"&gt;Alarm Cause&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_normalFont"&gt;iMC Process Core down. The reason can be: 1. Database exception. 2.Port conflict.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_labelFont_view"&gt;Remediation Suggestion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_normalFont"&gt;1. Restart the iMC Server. 2. Stop the other proccess that use the same port.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
