Cant find IMC Web Browser interface

I install IMC but i cant find Using IMC with Web Browser i refer manual also but i cant find Web Browser interface.
how can i find host name
(((Where hostname is the host name or IP address of the IMC Server (the default is localhost if you launch web browser
on the IMC Server machine), and port is the Web Server Port (the default is 8080) used by the IMC))))

Just use the IP address of IMC server.
About the port, you can find it in the file "client/conf/http.properties "

I am wonder if you start IMC before login.
please check Deployment Management Agent of IMC
