    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; You will receive this error when the max.device authentication crossed for the particular user account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under user&amp;nbsp;User Access Policy &amp;gt; Service Parameters &amp;gt; System Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; User end point settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Max. Device for Single Account = 100.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example you have mentioned maximum user is 100, if its crosses more than that then you will get above error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But &amp;nbsp;did you enabled " Mac transparent authentication" and tested ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Getting the following error E63025 when authenticating a computer with 802.1X</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today we had two new laptops that have been joined to our domain and have also been synchronized with the IMC LDAP sync.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However even though all the settings are the same as for the other laptops we are getting the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E63025::Failed to check MAC address binding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure that we did not enable any form of MAC address binding for successful authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anywhere else I can check please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
