Trying to Upload alarm sound to IMC

Hello Guys,

I trying to upload alarm sound on imc, my archive is .WAV and have 200kb but when select and try to upload this sound I receive this mensage "Audio format must be PCM and bit rate must be less than or equals 352kbps." My archive is .WAV and have 181 kb, I trying in google Chrome and IExplorer, Does Anyone knows what's happening ?

Hi there I'm getting the same thing. I'm about to open a case with HP support regarding this issue as we would definitely like to change the sounds for the alarms. It's one of the few things that we can have fun with in IMC. :P

Nevermind... I guess our support pack ran out. What a shame, this is clearly a bug though as I've ensured that the bitrate is below is 352kbps.

I tryed to change bitrate, but doesn't have success =(, they answer you ?
