topic IMC Displays network switches, but no connections in IMC

Hi,

We have installed IMC to monitor our network. We use Alcatel Switches. Following the discovery we can see the network switches, but no relationships between the switches. Th toplogy map only show isoloated switches with no interlinks.

Any suggestion as to how to get IMC to reflect a complete topology map would be appreciated.

Thanks

Andrew

Hello,

check your SNMP settings. Does IMC manage to find the model or is it written ICMP?

LLDP enabled on all devices?

All devices discovered? (i.e. no missing devices)
