    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I want to update to the new patch 7.1 P016 or 7.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the following error after unpacking JVM i got the error some imc servers are still running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I looked at the logfile it said that the dbman.exe cannot be written / unpacked because the file is in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to update the standard edition on a 2008 R2 server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the running processes to see if dbman.exe is still running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try manually stopping all IMC services, check that everything has stopped, then start the update process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you don't have to have all the services running to update. You only need the Deployment Monitoring Agent running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the update is running it rename the jre dir.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because this dir is busy two javaprocess running it failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After killing this running process everything goes well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I use 2 utils to monitor the process&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ofview openfiles view and process-monitotor from sysinternals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
