    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I've seen something vaguely similar in the past when a device didn't get cleaned up properly on deletion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your database to see if there's still a reference to it. If you're using MySQL, it would look like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;mysql&amp;gt; use config_db;
Database changed
mysql&amp;gt; select dev_id,dev_ip from tbl_dev where dev_ip = '192.168.1.1';&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I deleted a monitored device via the iMC gui because it was replaced by another device with the same name and same ip. After that I'm not able to create a new device in iMC with the same name or ip adress. The error message is "device xxxx already exists" but in the gui there is no such device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
