    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a novice user of imc and have inherited quite a few applications recently.&amp;nbsp; Our imc server was updated within the past few months and since then our email notifications started looking different.&amp;nbsp; I've included what the notifications look like now.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else had this issue and is there a config file that manages this output.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the help.&amp;nbsp; You can substitute the values where the variables would be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;iMC: {ip address}&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;Trap of Source: {Switch name}(ip address)&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;{location}: &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kyle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
