Not sure if you've resolved this. But based on your log file it looks like its failing to load the wips_db.

Did you recently try to update the WSM module or have some issue with your DB? Whatever happened before this problem began is the place to start looking.

My guess - would be to undeploy and redeploy the wsm if you have no other way to restore a copy of the wips db.

It will ask you if you want to keep the data - say no.

This will delete the WIPS and WLAN dbs and then recreate them.

You will loose any history and have to redo your Wireless setup.

This is only a guess based on what you've shown. Just a guess.

Hopefully you have a backup. Before doing anything to radical make a snapshot or backup of your setup
