upgrade IMC server 7.2 --> 7.3

hi,

i try update imc server from 7.2 to 7.3

so the machine is windows server 2012 R2

i launch install.bat, i have the splash screen, and the list of components (like on the screen shot)

and nothing else, the window close after 3-4 secondes...

where can i search for this problem ?

Shall you try using Intelligent deployment monitoring agent
Instead (using install push button) ?

do you mean liveupdate in IMC web ?

when i use liveupdate i have the message :

"iMC Platform no items found"

but my connexion is good...

and i have no "deployment monitoring agent" installed :-(

Normally you should have deployement agent installed
Bottom right your screen or in program menu
What is version of 7.2 (patches versions)

no, nothing about deployment agent

maybe because i have the standard version ?

Should be..
What is the version of 7.2 ?
Did you check install log directory ?
Did you run installation as administrator ?

Search for HP or HPE deployment Monitor

Main screen click install - then follow the promts to the install directory - you probably bypassed the license agreement screen when you run the bat file directly or some other step.

thank all for your help

finally i've installed first the last patch for 7.2 : iMC_PLAT_7.2_E0403P10_Win

and now i've the deployment monitoring agent and more, liveupdate is working fine !

so i thinks it will be easy to upgrade to 7.3 now...
