      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day, I managed to download my switch configuration but now I want to upload this configurations to a new switch, how can i go about doing it and using IMC to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you want to copy the complete configuration to a different device? It will over-write the management IP address, and cut of your connectivity.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What would happen if you just pasted the configuration onto your new switch?&amp;nbsp;The management IP address is not the last thing&amp;nbsp;in the config, so what will happen is that halfway through you will get kicked out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As suggested, a configuration template sounds like a better&amp;nbsp;approach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
