    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Yan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open a case with support you will need to have a valid contract for technical support for iMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3 have you checked the Installation prerequisits for the database. SQL 2008R2 is no longer supported with E0705 version , may cause such problems .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you could check&amp;nbsp; if report db is not full (in DMA) or healty with SSMS or logs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would check the foreground.log ,after reproducing the issue ,It is located in iMC/client/log folder also for db conection issues in dma.log and dms.log in iMC./deploy folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marina&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error using Reports</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;After uggrading from version 7.2 to 7.3&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="cmn_labelFont_plat"&gt;Management Platform (JG747AAE)&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="cmn_labelFont_plat"&gt;iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0705P02)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reports doesnt seems to be working anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;Every reports give this error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unknown Error.!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Null&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea of what is going on ?&lt;BR /&gt;I'm on trial, usure if I can have help with that ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your answer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The pre-requisite was checked and everything was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the log this is a little hard for me to understand.
