Installing and deploying IMC MVM

Hello all,

I've just installed a fresh IMC (the latest 7.3 E0705+E0705P04).I'm using a trial licence now. I wanted to install addiitional service.It's called the IMC MVM (MPLS VPN Manager 7.3 (E0508) + MPLS VPN Manager 7.3 (E0508P02)) to check some features. My OS is Linux., my SQL is MySQL 8.0. So, I could install but couldn't deploy. The status is undeployed. I've got the following logs (several last logs only here):

I can access to IMC with HTTP w/o any issues.It seema IMC installation is Ok.

Do you know the root of the reason ? May you help me ? Is it possible to use MVM with the trial licence ?

Hello,

I've tested this in the lab on a Linux MySQL 8 installation and run into the same issue. This appears to be a bug with MVM Module on the 7.3 E0508 version. The error is that the server/script_mysql.hz does not exist, and the error is correct if you check the folder in the downloaded files - there is no such script, which is used to build/upgrade the database for this module. Please open a support case for this issue and we will get it fixed.

Thank you very much for the reply. I'm not alone:) I'm still using the trial licence. I don't uderstand how to open a case inside my account with the trial lic.I must choose a product from the list. there is no MVM for a trial lic.
