      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2033883"&gt;@Amr-Elsayed&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try to take backup via other transfer mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems imc cannot find the correct adapter to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If problem remains then&amp;nbsp;If possible, can you try to remove HPE 5120 switch from IMC and re-add. &lt;SPAN&gt;It may force it to update the adapter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative transfer protocol in IMC could be configured via Configuration Center &amp;gt; Options &amp;gt; File Transfer Mode tab. You can set individual devices to a different transfer protocol - SCP works good out of the box if you use SSH as CLI access protocol. FTP/SFTP require some setup work in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a quick look at the logs. It looks like it could be a device issue - maybe a software update would help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note the 'device aborted the file transfer':&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;2021-02-15 12:41:10.127 [ERROR (0)] [THREAD(1040)] [CTclExecutor::exec_impl()] Error occured to exec cmd: C:/Program Files/iMC/server/bin/../../server/conf/adapters/ICC/H3C/H3CCommon/backup_startup_config_tftp.tcl, error message: Device aborted the file transfer.

AdaptName = H3CCommon, DevIP = 192.168.200.53, command script name = backup_startup_config_tftp.tcl.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was also recently a fix in E0705P10 related to the TFTP server not working properly, but I'm not sure which version you are running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
