Hello

we have iMC PLAT 7.2 (E0403P06) install and iMC EAD 7.2 (E0402), iMC NTA 7.2 (E0401P03), iMC TAM 7.2 (E0408), iMC UAM 7.2 (E0408) and iMC WSM 7.2 (E0502) i want to upgrade to lateast verion iMC PLAT v7.3 (E0705)

i find this upgrade path is V3.3 >> V5.0 >> V5.1 >> V5.2 >> V7.0 >> V7.1>> V7.2>> V7.3

my question is can i upgrade directly or not ? do i need to install the patch first ? or Previous version ?

You should be able to go from the 7.2 releases you are on to 7.3 base, then the latest point release.

The release notes for 7.3 versions will tell you which existing versions you can upgrade from. Also the updaters should tell you if the update won't work from where you are at

i solove the problem by stop all IMC services in Task manager in services tab
