    <description>&lt;P&gt;Attached is a capture. Has anyone seen this error message before. I keep getting this when I install new agents. Old agents are still working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I have done:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked Firewall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated,Uninstall, Reinstall Java&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstall agents on multiple machines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manual Discovery (does not work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wireshark Captures (Agents do connect to server)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open a ticket with HP( Been near a month already, I do not think they have an idea yet)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm seeing the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried various things .. nothing helped so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hesitating to open a ticket with HP support for PCM as it was not very good for the last issues I had .. was just taking a lot of my time in providing log information etc...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
