Hi everybody,

I'm new to the HP environment, I always worked with Cisco. Now there's been a fusion between different areas in my company and we have to manage Cisco and HP devices. I was wondering if there was any VM I could install or something like that in order to simulate the behaviour, learn and test devices compatibility with GNS3 for example.

Does HP provide something like that? a router VM for example? We have the following devices in our network:

HPE Comware Software, Version 7.1.054, Release 7103P12

Hi Lucho,

For Comware switches, There is a HCL (H3C Cloud Simulator) Its a drag and drop application which can simulate Comware 7. The HP Comware Lab, is a graphical user interface for the network device emulation software. With the HP Comware Lab, the user can virtualize various models of the HP network equipment and configurations to build a virtual network environment.

You can download the application from here :- https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=7107839&swItemId=nw_148568-1&swEnvOid=4184

I found a document which as information on how to integrate HCL with GNS3 .
