Problem adding HP to wireless network

I’m having trouble to connect to my wireless Wi-Fi using WPS. Printer is HP colour LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw. When I first bought it it connected fine. Every time I disconnect it it was having difficulty auto connecting. Right now it only works via Ethernet. Does anyone had this issue before and solved it? Thanks https://9apps.ooo/

This HPE community do not deal with HP Printers, as HP is a different company. Have you by any chance posted your query on HP Community.

By the way what is the wireless device (Access point) model. Are you able to connect other devices like phones/PC using WiFi to that wireless device with the same SSID?
