Data Sanitation Key

Hi,

I'm planning to decommission my Nimble C300 and would like to perform data sanitation in order to ensure that no data is retained. I have read this kb article KB-000361 Array Sanitization (hpe.com) and would like to ask if I can get the sanitation key for free.

If the array is under support, then our support team would provide you the sanitization key. Please let us know the array SN in Private message to check the contract status.

Since the CS300 reached End of Support status in 2021, I strongly suspect the array cannot be under support.

@jgorospe, have you tried calling support about it? They should be able to tell you if it's a possibility to provide the key for a CS300. They may not be able to, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
