HPE Nimble ownership and support transfer?

Hello,

My company has purchased a Nimble HF20 from a company that removed it from service prior to support expiring. Warranty and support on this unit are valid through Sept 2024. Is it possible to transfer the warranty and support contract from the previous owner? They are willing to provide any assistance required for this process.

I've done some googling but can't find any record of a process for HPE to enable ownership transfer.

Hello,

There is no option to transfer the ownership of array and support contract. The array needs to go through Recertification process.

Please create a support case, mentioning serial number.
