      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. The customer wants to build infosight.&lt;BR /&gt;The ports for running infosight have all been set up.&lt;BR /&gt;However, the details and the normal operation do not seem to be working.&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to check if infosight is working properly and monitoring is possible on the relevant equipment. There are firewall ports to be opened to HPE backend servers, below is the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure management IP and support IPs from both controllers have ports opened.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;I did check status of array&amp;nbsp;AF-305563, No data collection is happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only hearbeats (every 5 min) seems to be working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
