Nimble VSA Trial Download

Hi Folks,

I am associated with a company who is Strategic System Integration partner with HPE and I have access to HPE Partner Portal. However, When I visit HPE Infosight to locate Nimble VSA trial version, I could not locate it?

How do I request a trial of Nimble VSA when I have access to partner portal.

I know that it is only availbale to internal employees and partners.

you can dowload it in HPE Infosight

I explored this area alot. It does not appear for me when I login via the corporate email id.However, when I login to partner.hpe.com , i have access to all partner portal content. But, Nimble VSA is only available via Infosight section.

This software Nimble Virtual Array OVA appliance is explicitly for use by HPE employees and Channel resellers
In order for the account to be updated for reseller access, you need to submit a request to PartnerAccess.HPEInfosight@HPE.com

Hi!!

I am trying to simulate with two nimble vsa peer persistence but it gives me a user error when adding an array to the created group. Is there any limitation with the vsa?

HPE Nimble VSA is only available via HPE Infosight. It is visibile under my login. If you are a HPE Partner and your credentials have required priviliges assigned, then you will be able to view Nimble download inside HPE Infosight.

You need to provide Location ID to HPE Partner Access Administrator so that you have appropriate access to download required content.

One more aspect I would like to mention is that HPE Nimble VSA is not designed to perform rigourous testing . If you copy large files to a LUN provisioned by Niimble VSA, the appliance reboots abruptly. It is not as stable as EMC unityVSA which can be used rigorously.
