    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Satish&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we are getting a "DECLINE SUPPORT" when trying to upgrade the OS and the firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does it mean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our nimble does not have active warranty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We used to have full access to&amp;nbsp;firmware and equal product support. like with manufacture-based contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NS CS1000H Hybrid Base Array&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AF163457NIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;12464 153 St NW Edmonton, AB T5V 1S5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cloudcover,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps to upgrade your HPE Nimble storage OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Login to the HPE Nimble storage.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to "Administration" on the main menu, and select "Software" from the dropdown.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Here, you will see the current version, Previous version, and downloaded version.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Click "Download" to download the recommended version.&lt;BR /&gt;5. After downloading the new version, run the software precheck.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Then click "Update" to update the software.&lt;BR /&gt;7. It will take a few minutes to complete the update process and the system will reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note: Ensure you have a reliable backup of all your data before updating the OS.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Satish&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cloudcover,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message says that the system contract support or warranty has expired.&lt;BR /&gt;If the system doesn't have active contract support or warranty, you might have restrictions to access certain resources and updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is recommended to reach out to HPE Nimble support to check contract support or warranty-related issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Satish&lt;/P&gt;</description>
