      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been receiving the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(type "defragmentation", name "NB2-IMP-DUP-SR-T07") has failed (Failing checkvv task). Please see task status for details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NB2-IMP-DUP-SR-T07 is one of a volumes of 20 volumes that I have&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Upon checking task log, this is what I see:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2023-09-05 10:10:05 AEST Created task.&lt;BR /&gt;2023-09-05 10:10:05 AEST Started defrag process for VVs&lt;BR /&gt;2023-09-05 10:12:20 AEST Failed A cancellation was requested internally.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upon checking the task details, heres what I see :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2023-09-05 10:10:05 AEST Created task.&lt;BR /&gt;2023-09-05 10:10:05 AEST Started defrag process for VVs&lt;BR /&gt;2023-09-05 10:12:20 AEST Failed A cancellation was requested internally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The question is what/who triggerred the cancellation ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Btw these error not one-time, it is recurring issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
