oneview 10.2 maintain the status quo about cleared warning list

I using oneview 10.2

I can't restart the server, so I have no choice but to delete notifications about network changes that I already know.
Is there a way to maintain notifications that I already know to deleted?

In HPE OneView 10.2, managing notifications (alerts) typically involves handling events and alert logs. If you want to delete specific notifications (such as network change alerts) that you already acknowledge or know about, you can usually clear or acknowledge them. However, preventing them from reappearing or managing how they are cleared depends on the system's capabilities.

Options you might consider:

Acknowledge or Clear Alerts:
- You can acknowledge or clear individual alerts through the OneView GUI or REST API.
- This won't prevent future alerts for the same issue but will clear current notifications.
Suppress or Filter Notifications:
- OneView does not natively support filtering or permanently suppressing specific alert types.
- Alerts are generated based on device status; if the underlying issue remains, alerts may reoccur.
Use REST API for Advanced Management:
- You can use the REST API to delete or acknowledge alerts programmatically.
- Example: Sending a DELETE request to the alert resource to remove specific notifications.
Prevent Reoccurrence (if applicable):
- Since you cannot restart the server, you might consider:
  - Ensuring the network issue is resolved or temporarily suppressed if possible.
  - Configuring alert thresholds or notification settings, if available, to reduce noise.

In HPE OneView you can clear the active alerts or warnings from the appliance, but if the underlying condition still exists, OneView will usually rediscover it during the next refresh or monitoring cycle and the warning will return.

To keep the warning from reappearing without restarting the server, you would need to either resolve the actual network configuration mismatch/change or disable the related monitoring/alerting rule if applicable. Simply clearing the notification does not permanently suppress it in OneView 10.2.

Thank you for your help.

When checking the IML logs in ilo4, only logs unrelated to the network were found.

We decided to clear only the logs that could be cleared in ilo4 for now and monitor the situation.

It appears there is some kind of issue during the data retrieval process between ilo4 and OneView 10.2.
