OneView Global Dashboard adding a OneView instance failed

Hi,

I have installed the OneView GD and added a Synergy frame and our appliance. When I added the appliance it failes and I don't have any clue why this is happening. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

By the way I have followed all steps in the troubleshooting chapter of the Global Dashboard Users guide, but did not succeed in adding our OneView appliance.
