    <description>&lt;P&gt;There has been an active thread here in the forums, and I wanted to create this sticky thread for folks to review before creating a new discussion or &lt;A href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/HPE-OneView/OV-3-1-upgrade-failure/td-p/6973194" target="_blank"&gt;continuing the existing one&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; There is a scenario where attempting to upgrade from a prior release to 3.10.04 will result in the upgrade failing roughly 45minutes later.&amp;nbsp; We have published a &lt;A href="https://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/display?sp4ts.oid=null&amp;amp;docLocale=en_US&amp;amp;docId=emr_na-a00021788en_us" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Advisory that details the issue, and resolution&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The CA does outline another scenario that would impact rebooting an appliance.&amp;nbsp; Yes, you will need to open a support case, and reference the Customer Advisory ID &lt;STRONG&gt;a00018007en_us&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
